Orlando is fun for swimming at the pool with the tropical climate. What a fabulous hotel with an abundant event schedule, plus the theme parks. The resort sits on a huge Golf Course and next to the adventures at Disney Springs. It is nice having a kitchen and for sure it makes an ideal fall getaway to Orlando! We love the electrifying outdoor concerts and entertainment we can walk to. We like to tee off at one of our world famous golf courses, like magnolia by the Magic Kingdom. Our kids loved taking a boat ride to Disney Quest.
You are greeted at the carriage house check in, and mega-cool-fun time starts. The bus stops are well laid out, and just a short walk from most villas. Going out to eat was great at downtownpourhouse.com in downtown area. The old Key West ferry drops you off at the hospitality house if you visit the main building at old Key West. Amenities is the big bonus, like the a quiet pool, and rooms that overlook the Golf Course. The quick cafe has a variety of sandwiches, snacks and bakery items. Once you have settled in with your luggage, it's time to go Exploring! If you are lucky, you may find a horse-shaped towel animal when you arrive! Congress park is closest to the resort entrance, which really does not matter.
For sure you can save money if you don't eat out too much. We end up liking the restaurants in Orlando a lot so we typically would spend some money each day on each meal. I'm glad we picked this place and I would recommend it to anybody that is staying around the Kissimmee Florida area. Remember that the Disney world complexes not located in Orlando officially, it's more towards the Kissimmee area. If you gonna look for your hotels make sure you search in the correct area so you don't end up more than five miles from Typhoon Lagoon water park.
